DDN SFA Ltd. was established in the year 2010. As of today a strategic expansion has been harnessed for the sugar, jaggery and distillery plants which also includes the Health & Hygiene and Trading as well as Energy sectors. The capacity enhancement is of 3500 TCD Sugar, 60 KLPD Distillery, 30 KLPD ENA, 50 KLPD SDS/RS and 6 MW Cogeneration. In the year 2018, after the company was formulated with new management, it was associated with nearly 30,000 farmers.

During the pandemic, the company decided to honour and support society by producing the best quality sanitizers. This effort was recognized and appreciated by the State Government of Maharashtra.
