Terna Sugar
Terna Sugars Pvt Ltd: Incorporated in 2021, trader of Raw sugar, White Sugar, Jaggery, Molasses, Rectified Spirits and ethanol, which are our in-house products. We utilize sugarcane as a feedstock to manufacture a wide range of products and continuously strive to improve the valorisation of sugarcane through the development of downstream products and increasing the diversion of sugarcane towards value-added products. We believe that through our long history of purchasing sugarcane and the continued support provided to the farmers, we have established strong relationships and goodwill among the farmers. We connected with more than 35,000 Farmers and held 90,000+ Acres of combined land approximately.

Over time, we have significantly expanded our scale of operations and have a global customer base, which enables us to assess international demand and increase our customer outreach thereby bolstering our product development initiatives.
We seek to implement sustainable practices in our manufacturing process and purchase sugarcane from farmers who implement sustainable practices and produce products with a lower environmental impact. We seek to utilize all of our by-products and minimize waste.
DDN SFA Limited
DDN SFA Ltd. is an Agro-Industry Company established in the year 2010. Our first project was a 750 TCD Jaggery Unit. Since then we have expanded our businesses into Sugar, Jaggery, Distillery, Health & Hygiene, Trading and Energy. Our capacities now include 3500 TCD Sugar, 1500 TCD Jaggery, 120 KLPD Distillery (ENA & RS), 120 KLPD Ethanol. In the year 2018, our company came under new management and became part of the larger Padma Group Holding Corporation with interests in Real Estate, Education and Health Care. We are associated with nearly 30,000 farmers and believe in an asymptomatic relationship with all our partners in the industry.
In the year 2020, we have decided to enter the Health & Hygiene industry and will be launching a range of products in this space. Our specialty lies in our continuous endeavor to supremacy which leads us to maintain an eminent position in the market. Back when our firm was formed, our sole purpose was to establish ourselves as an integrated Agro-Industry business in India. Our constant efforts and dedication have lead us to expand our venture into different sectors. Since our formation, hard work, perseverance, and faith of our people have led the market to acknowledge us as an eminent contributor in our sectors.
Khandoba Prasanna
Khandoba Prasanna Sakhar Karkhana Ltd: Located in the heart of the sugar belt, at Karad District . It encompasses about 50 Acres of Land. It comprises two major units, Molasses-based distillery and Ethanol Plant. With an installed capacity of 50 KLPD, the distillery has atmospheric distillation as its refining process. It has the capacity to store 6000 MT of Molasses and 1000000 BL of Rectified Spirit. The distillery has been sanctioned carrying a load of 500 KW by MSEB. It comprises two turbines of 750 KW and 350 KW with two DG sets at standby. We at our distillery have a multi-faded boiler of 10TPH capacity along with a biogas unit that has a storage capacity of 1 crore liters. With an installed capacity of 90 KLPD, the plant has a daily receiver tank with a storage capacity of 125000 BL for ethanol and 100000 BL for SDS.
