Padma Group has recently acquired Dairy production in the Osmanabad district and it will be operational in October 2021. Our setup is committed to our consumers for offering them the best quality products i.e.; ghee, butter, and skimmed milk. Besides offering them pure quality, we also provide safety, satisfaction, and statutory health benefits to our consumers due to our best quality management. Our dairy capacity is 600 KLPD production, 4 MTPD ghee, 8 MTPD butter, 20 MTPD skimmed milk products. This production performance is the outcome of using the best technology, integrated production procedure, talent, and expertise of well-trained employees, to meet the needs and satisfaction of our customers.
Process
Milk Collection
The Padma Group dairy ensures milk collection from the best milk producers and farmers done under utmost hygienic conditions. Our well-insulated and refrigerated milk collection tankers ensure the quality of milk remains intact from collection units to dairy units.
Pasteurization
Our Pasteurization and Homogenization processes at our well-equipped and managed milk processing centres ensure that the quality and consistency of milk is maintained throughout the final milk product enhancing its taste.
Packaging
To ensure a greater and better shelf life of our milk and milk products we use the best quality packaging material. Quality is of utmost importance to us and we maintain it at all stages from processing to packaging.
