Terna Sugars
Incorporated in 2021, trader of Raw sugar, White Sugar, Jaggery, Molasses, ENA, Rectified Spirits and ethanol, which are our in-house products. We utilize sugarcane as a feedstock to manufacture the above listed range of products and continuously strive to improve the valorisation of sugarcane through the development of downstream products and increasing the diversion of sugarcane towards value-added products.
Our manufacturing from associated companies, DDN SFA plant Unit1 is located at Latur DDN SFA Unit 2 is located at Dharashiv and Khandoba Biorefinery Plant is located at Karad. The locations provide the best availability of the Raw Material and seamless dispatch of the final product to the nearest sea port.
Over a time, we have significantly improved and expanded our scale of operations to attract a global customer base, to gain international demand and increase our product outreach along with bolstering our product development initiatives.
We seek to implement the sustainable production practices for our manufacturing process, hence the purchase of sugarcane from farmers is insisted only from the farmers who implement sustainable practices and produce products with a lower environmental impact. We seek to utilize all of our by-products and minimize waste.

Products
We are adding a pinch of natural sweetness to people’s lives. Our constant efforts in harnessing the maximum potential out of sugarcane results in high-quality products that have led us to become one of the largest and leading manufacturers of sugar in Maharashtra.
Sugar
We Produce Sugar of Following grade,
- Raw Sugar, Super S30, L-30, M-30 and S-30.
- Sugar grading is done for color and grain size.
- Sugar produced is regularly matched with N.S.I. standards.
- Percentage retention of sugar is currently being maintained at 85%+ as against minimum requirement of 70%.
Jaggery
We trade superior quality jaggery powder that is popularly known as gur, which is highly demanded by our customers for its natural sweetness and is also known for its originality which is free from impurities. The Jaggery we trade is naturally sweet, surprisingly effective as an aid for weight loss, as it is a rich source of potassium, which is a mineral that helps in the balance of electrolytes as well as building muscles and boosting metabolism.
ENA
We trade Extra Neutral Alcohol, commonly abbreviated as ENA, due to its varied usage, and finds its way into many industries. ENA is the primary raw material for making alcoholic beverages. It is a colorless food-grade alcohol that does not have any impurities. It has a neutral smell and taste and typically contains over 95 percent alcohol by volume. It is derived from different sources — sugarcane molasses and grains — and is used in the production of alcoholic beverages such as whisky, vodka, gin, cane, liqueurs, and alcoholic fruit beverages.
ENA also serves as an essential ingredient in the manufacture of cosmetics and personal care products such as perfumes, toiletries, hair spray, etc. Given its properties as a good solvent, ENA also finds industrial use and is utilized in the production of some lacquers, paints and ink for the printing industry, as well as in pharmaceutical products such as antiseptics, drugs, syrups, medicated sprays
Rectified Spirit
We trade Rectified Spirit, also known as neutral spirit or ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin, which is highly concentrated ethanol. Given its varied usage like ENA, it also finds prominent space in various industries. And we don’t leave any chances of serving these industries with this product. Rectified Spirit is produced as a by-product of the sugarcane industry which serves various purposes across different industries.
Press Mud
We trade press mud, also known as Oliver cake or press cake, is the residual output after the filtration of the juice. It is mixed with spent wash from the distillery and cultivated to produce high quality bio-manure.
Natural Potash
We trade Natural Potash, which is manufactured from molasses. Molasses, the honey-like viscous syrup, is the most valuable by-product from the sugar industry.
